Producer Compliance & Relationship Management (PCRM)
PCRM is a configurable Information Technology system that provides tracking, filing, requirement reminders and a variety of management reporting tools related to the compliance management process. Designed as an ASAP-based solution managed by Aithent, PCRM allows clients to focus on their primary business while Aithent/ARCS tracks the complex requirements of national and regional compliance regulations.

Compliance-Related Courses
ARCS is an approved provider of insurance Continuing Education courses in several US states through our Rhoads Online Institute unit. In FY09 ARCS will move to complete the approval process in the remaining US jurisdictions, becoming a national source of insurance Continuing Education. In addition to providing its own Continuing Education courses, ARCS also functions as an aggregator of quality online courses through partnerships with other nationally known providers of continuing education courses. ARCS' and our partners' courses can be deployed as part of the client's PCRM implementation, providing a "one-stop-shop" model for Continuing Education compliance.

Portal-Based Managed Services
The delivery of ARCS content and services is provided through a web-based "portal" structure that can be modified to meet the needs of specific clients. Portal-Based Managed Services can be sold as part of the PCRM/Content solution or separately.

Integration Services
ARCS provides fee-based integration of PCRM, content and related systems into the client's existing Human Resource, Training and Compliance systems.
