Aithent / ROi has been in the insurance licensing arena since 1995, when we first started working with the New York State Department of Insurance. Aithent developed NYSDOI’s online system and continues to work closely with the department todayindeveloping enhancements and improvements. We are currently in the implementation phase of a new system which utilizes some very exciting technologies. Additionally we work directly withthe state insurance departments in Arkansas and Washington.
Aithent also enjoys a unique partnership with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners. Under this partnership, the NAIC licenses Aithent‘s Licensing Environment Online (LEO) andprovides a hosted online regulatory licensing management system for companies and producers under the brand name of SBS (State Based System). Thirteen states are using the SBS solution today, with several others actively considering its adoption.
Several years ago Aithent began to receive requests from insurance companies, agencies and brokerage firms who had become aware of our work with the NAIC, New York and other states concerning our interest in building an “industry” version of our licensing platform. Our research indicated the existence of a substantial market and today we are providing a fully functioned “commercial” version of the licensing product that is marketed under the Producer Compliance Relationship Management (PCRM)brand.
Key features of our PCRM product include:
- PCRM electronically interfaces with the NIPR for all license type submissions
- PCRM tracks all license types across the 50 states
- PCRM tracks Continuing Education via the Producer Data Base (PDB) and through interfaces with CE providers
- PCRM is configurable to our client company needs. It is not an off-the-shelf product
