  • Following is a list of Open Source products used in the development of the Sales Management System and File Management System:
  • Operating System:
    a.RHEL 4.0 – a stable, reliable, secure, cost-effective and extremely powerful operating system, with excellent networking, multi-processing and multi-tasking facilities.
  • Database
    a.PostgreSQL 8.3 – a sophisticated Object-Relational DBMS, supporting almost all SQL constructs, including sub-selects, transactions, and user-defined types and functions.
