Aithent takes pride in its PMO and has implemented a rigid governance model to all Project Management activities to provide full PMI compliance. Our PMIS (Project Management Information System) is an integral part of all projects we do; the system was developed by Aithent for our PMO and is known to our clients as KMS (Knowledge Management System).
KMS provides the ability to closely manage all project management plans and key deliverables necessary to carry out the project. KMS also tracks task allocation as well as cost analysis and provides a formal communication work flow to all stakeholders of the project or program.
