In this model, an expert or a team of technical experts and testing professionals (depending on your project size) from QA visit your premises (i.e. the client site) under the direct supervision of your managers (i.e. client’s manager). This testing model works best for short-term applications, which do not have a well-defined scope, have evolving specifications, or require frequent and specific user inputs. In such scenarios, opting for this delivery model gives you an advantage of complete project control. You as a client are able to handle and manage other significant areas such as maintenance, analysis, review, installation, user acceptance testing (UAT) etc. The benefit of this model is maximized efficiency and optimized cost.
